BOOK 'CREATIVE DAY EVENTS'.

ONLY children aged 7 - 11 attending a school within Derbyshire are eligible

Cost of £25 per child per day (must be paid by 24th August)

Packed lunch required

Informal performance from 2pm onwards. Parents/carers welcome

 The following terms and conditions apply to 'Creative Day Events' property of P Games LTD. Participation in 'Creative Day Events'  are optional and voluntary.

  1. Packed lunches are required for participants as food will NOT be provided. Drinks will be available throughout the day.
  2. Payment MUST be received 7 days prior to 'Creative Day Events'. Payment can be made using paypal or cheque made payable to 'P Games Ltd'.      Send cheques to, MUSICAL TRIXSTAR, PO BOX 7850, MATLOCK DE4 9DG.
  3. P Games LTD does not accept the loss or damage of any personal belongings, nor does the event hosts.
  4. At least one trained first aid member of staff will be present throughout the event. Participants with medical conditions MUST inform P Games Ltd     prior to the event.
  5. All event premises are risk assessed prior to the event.
  6. All members of staff are CRB certified.
  7. Contact details of parents/carers must be up to date and presented either by phone or email prior to the 'Creative Day Events'.
  8. Participants should arrive no earlier than 8.40am. Parents/carers should pick-up participants no later than 3.30p.
  9. Participants will only be released at the end of the 'Creative Day Event' to an authorised person.
  10. ONLY children aged between 7 & 11 attending schools within Derbyshire are eligible to take part in 'Creative Day Events'. 
  11. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
  12. P Games Ltd reserves the right to photograph or video activities from 'Creative Day Events' for promotional purposes.

'Creative Day Events' are subject to change and may be suspended or terminated by P Games Ltd at any time for any or no reason, and with or without notice.

By participating in 'Creative Day Events', you hereby agree to the foregoing Terms and Conditions.
